In 1997 Kimberly Dark founded Current Change Consulting (CCC) to provide support for those who aim to enhance community life and the systems that make life livable and beautiful.
Over the years, Current Change grew and contracted, according to client needs -- some brilliant researchers, writers and facilitators were part of the team that provided services all around California and beyond. In specific, CCC focused on helping people do the hard work of GOOD work -- the kind of work that changes the professional as well as "the served." Indeed, Kimberly's work has also evolved over this time -- thanks in part to the work of community research, program development, grant writing, training and facilitation.

Kimberly's work still aims to inspire individuals and systems toward their noblest aims. She now spends much of her time doing storytelling performances, facilitation and training nationally and internationally. Her performance work and teaching can be booked via Speak Out (www.speakoutnow.org) and at universities via Kirkland Productions (www.kirklandproductions.com). Please visit her website (www.kimberlydark.com) for more information on her current offerings.

And if you're a school, non-profit or foundation looking for an experienced facilitator, strategic planning consultant or trainer who can help mobilize your highest aims, please get in touch (kimberly@kimberlydark.com). Kimberly would be pleased to work with you if her schedule allows. Though Current Change Consulting has disbanded, she's still pleased and humbled to be your partner in positive change:

-- Current Change Healthcare Client

"Current Change Consulting was an invaluable partner when the Foundation wanted to understand our work and its impact. [They were] able to expand our original thinking in most helpful ways and then carried out the research in a timely and professional manner. "
-- Current Change Foundation Client

"When CCC evaluated our program, I was looking to receive something dry and uninformative, as I had seen in evaluations done by other groups for other programs. But I actually learned something about our organization when I read the evaluation by Current Change. It was rich in detail; it made me understand what we had achieved for real people and it helped me see where we should go next....I still look at our Current Change evaluation sometimes, just to remember what we are trying to accomplish."
